Our Mission At Blanja, we believe no one should go hungry. Our mission is to create a community where kindness fuels change—one meal at a time. By empowering you to pay forward meals, we connect generous individuals with local vendors to provide accessible, nutritious food for those in need.

Welcome to Blanja.co! These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website, services, and products. By utilizing Blanja.co, you acknowledge and agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Blanja.co, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to abide by these Terms. If you do not accept these Terms, please refrain from using our services.

2. Modifications to Terms

Blanja.co reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Significant changes will be communicated to contributors, and continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

To use our services, you must be at least 18 years of age. By accessing Blanja.co, you affirm that you meet this requirement.

4. Account Registration

  • Certain features of Blanja.co require account registration.
  • You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials.

  • Fraudulent, misleading, or harmful activities are strictly prohibited.

6. Transactions and Payments

  • Contributors may prepay for meals through Blanja.co, selecting from our network of local vendors.
  • Blanja.co acts as a facilitator of transactions between contributors and vendors but does not assume responsibility for order fulfillment.
  • Payment processing is managed by our official payment partner, Billplz, which supports FPX payments, including transactions with various local banks.
  • By using Blanja.co, you agree to comply with Billplz’s terms and conditions.
  • Any disputes shall be addressed in accordance with our dispute resolution policy.

7. Refund Policy

All transactions made on Blanja.co are non-refundable. Once a contribution has been made, it cannot be reversed or refunded.

8. Dispute Resolution Policy

We are committed to ensuring fair and transparent resolution of disputes. The following guidelines apply:

  • Disputes may be raised if a transaction is not fulfilled or significantly deviates from its stated terms.
  • Claims must be submitted within 7 days from the transaction date.
  • Contributors should reach out to our support team at [email protected] to initiate the dispute resolution process.
  • Blanja.co reserves the right to determine the eligibility of a claim at its sole discretion.

9. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, trademarks, and materials available on Blanja.co are the property of Blanja.co or its licensors. Unauthorized use or reproduction of such materials is strictly prohibited.

10. Contributor-Generated Content

  • Contributors may submit listings, comments, or other forms of content.
  • By submitting content, you grant Blanja.co a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, modify, and display such content.
  • We reserve the right to remove content deemed inappropriate, offensive, or in violation of our policies.

11. Limitation of Liability

Blanja.co is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

Blanja.co serves solely as a platform to facilitate transactions between contributors and local vendors. We do not guarantee the quality, safety, or availability of meals provided by vendors. Any issues related to meal fulfillment, hygiene, or service quality should be directed to the respective vendor. Blanja.co disclaims all liability for any damages, losses, or disputes arising from vendor transactions.

12. Termination of Services

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to our services at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to violations of these Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia.
